Main Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of the implementation of all project activities in accordance with the established and approved work plan.
- Developing a weekly work plan to facilitate work organization in line with the overall project plan.
- Develop a weekly transportation plan to facilitate team travel and share it with the logistics department.
- Develop a weekly media plan to ensure that all stages of project activities are documented and shared with the media department.
- Conduct field visits to work sites to ensure that work is proceeding according to specified standards and reaching all beneficiaries.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that all stages of the project are documented.
- Archive and store all project records and documents in paper and electronic form
- Check the quality of materials to ensure that they comply with technical specifications.
- Ensure the readiness of distribution centers.
- Prepare weekly follow-up reports as required by the project manager.
- Coordinate with the monitoring and evaluation department to resolve challenges and measure project performance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree in Economic Development, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing FSL and ERL projects in a humanitarian context.
- Good knowledge of Cash for Work (CFW), small business support, and livestock interventions.
- Strong field coordination and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic; English is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
