Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) is an independent French non-governmental humanitarian organization (NGO), with 40 years of expertise in humanitarian aid and development, present in 25 countries around the world.
The NGO PREMIERE URGENCE INTERNATIONALE wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of air/train ticketing services. This agreement will have a minimum duration of one year and may be renewed based on amendments.
