Job description
With a focus on growing online presence and optimizing digital data collection, the Digital Lead coordinates the entire digital spectrum: social media, email marketing, SEO, AdWords campaigns, website management, and conversion tools. They ensure the consistency, performance, and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
Operational digital strategy
- Contribution to the digital strategy: social networks, email marketing, SEO, SEA, digital collection, lead acquisition.
- Management and optimization of email campaigns (newsletters, relationship marketing, transactional marketing).
- Technological and competitive monitoring to identify new levers and support channels.
- Performance analysis, report generation and optimization recommendations.
- Participation in digital working groups in the non-profit sector.
- Support and guidance for teams on digital issues.
Animation and optimization of digital media
- Publication and updating of content on the websites (solidarites.org, devospropresyeux.org).
- Supervision of technical service providers (maintenance, hosting).
- Social media management is supervised by the Social Media & Community Manager.
- Management of conversion tools (donation forms) and tracking monitoring.
- Participation in the design or redesign of the department’s web materials.
- Search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search engine marketing (SEM); domain name management.
Digital Acquisition Strategy
- Analysis of performance indicators and proposals for corrective actions.
- Implementation of the SEO strategy in line with the editorial guidelines.
- Creation and monitoring of AdWords campaigns; supervision of SEA providers.
- Supervision of sponsored campaigns on social media.
- Monitoring of campaign budget and ROI.
Communication and data collection in emergency situations
- Triggering and managing web fundraising campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, social networks, display).
- Supervision of emergency campaigns conducted by the Community Manager and service providers.
Internal tool management
- Contribution to the smooth running of the photo library (training, facilitation, coordination with IT and service provider).
- Publication and updating of department documents on the intranet (FR/EN).
Management
- Supervision and management of the Digital team (Social Media & Community Manager, web marketing & social media assistant).
- Recruitment for planned positions, including the Digital Marketing Assistant apprenticeship.
- Coordination of service providers and consultants (SEA/SMA, email marketing, digital writing…).
Your profile
Master’s degree (BAC+5) in communication, digital marketing or equivalent; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, creative, proactive, dynamic and rigorous

- Good team spirit and ability to work in project mode
- Ability to unite and support a team
Expertise:
- Solid expertise in digital strategy and web marketing (SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media, digital data collection)
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL and the humanitarian environment is appreciated.
- Excellent writing skills, in both French and English.
- Proficiency in CMS tools and email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of the GDPR and best practices in deliverability
SI will offer you the following conditions
- Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Clichy Town Hall metro station)
- Fixed-term replacement contract – managerial status
- Gross monthly salary of: €3,502 or €3,647 (Level xx; step xx) depending on the salary scale in effect at headquarters
- Remote work options: 4 or 12 days of remote work per month, or 100% remote work with 3 mandatory days of in-office work per month. Subject to the current remote work policy and the manager’s approval.
- Leave: 2.0833 days of paid leave per month and 1 day of RTT (reduced working time) per full month of work – OSS (non-salaried employee) does not have RTT.
