Job Description

Within the Development and Communication Department, the Digital division’s objectives are the development and implementation of an effective digital operational strategy to increase the structure’s visibility and resources. It thus ensures the strategic expansion of the digital component in order to be in control of i) data (flows, analysis, migration); ii) the entire digital marketing and communication spectrum.

The division is responsible for designing and deploying the digital communication strategy and the digital marketing strategy for loyalty and acquisition.

Under the supervision of the digital referent, the Social Media & Community Manager participates in the implementation of the communication and development strategy, designs, implements and monitors digital collection actions on social networks. In this logic of seeking stronger notoriety among an ever-wider and more qualified audience, his/her mission is to develop, implement and evolve the SI social media strategy and to manage the association’s social networks. The Social Media & Community Manager develops an inspiring, modern and engaging approach, with the objective of community development, engagement and resources.

The position is structured around the following pillars (non-exhaustive list):

  • Strategy: Participation in IS communication/development and in particular Social Media strategy by providing expertise in this area
  • Implementation of the Social Media strategy: Content production & animation
  • Design and implementation of social media campaigns: Design, implementation and management of social media campaigns

IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  • Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy)
  • Permanent contract, executive status
  • Gross monthly salary of: €2,865 or €2,985 according to the current scale
  • Leave: 2.0833 CP / month and 1 day of RTT / full month of work
  • Mutual insurance (80%), restaurant vouchers (60%), transport tickets (50%) covered by the association
  • Teleworking is possible: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month or 100% teleworking. In accordance with the current teleworking charter and the manager.

Education and experience:

  • Desired training: BAC + 2 in line with the skills required for the position
  • 1 year of professional experience in a similar position

Qualities and skills:

  • Very good interpersonal skills, creative, proactive, dynamic, curious and rigorous.
  • Autonomy, strength of proposal and responsiveness.
  • Good team spirit and ability to work on projects.
  • Very good web/social media culture
  • Very good editorial
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge of the Adobe suite (especially Photoshop) and a video editing tool
  • Knowledge of video and photography
