Mission :

As part of your role, you will support the coordination team in drafting project proposals, manage the internal and external reporting process, and ensure its quality.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
contributing to the drafting of project proposals and mission documents
; managing the reporting process (internal and to donors) for implemented projects; and
participating in external communications for the mission.

Profile :

You hold a higher education degree in international relations, project management, socio-economics, statistics, or a related field.
You have at least two years of professional experience in similar roles and in writing donor reports/monitoring indicators, preferably within an NGO.
You have a thorough understanding of the project management cycle and possess strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
You are autonomous, proactive, and able to maintain rigor, planning, and prioritization skills in a demanding environment. You are a team player and diplomatic with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
A good understanding of ACF’s various areas of intervention is an asset.
You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English.

Employment conditions

Vaccination against Mpox is recommended for employees travelling to this country.
Fixed-term contract under French or Central African law: 6 months until June 2026.
For Central African contracts: according to the ACF RCA national salary scale.
For French contracts:
Gross monthly salary: from €2,130 to €2,475 depending on experience, including a 13th-month
bonus. Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary.
Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract.
Monthly per diem and living expenses: €746 net, paid in the field.
Monthly context allowance: €150.
Child allowance: €1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin (capped at €6,000/year).
Transport and accommodation: Travel and shared accommodation provided.
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health insurance contributions and repatriation insurance, and your medical expenses for up to 1 month after the end of your contract.
Maintenance of benefits. Salary (sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave)
Leave and RnR: 25 days of paid leave per year and 20 RnR days per year; travel expenses covered up to a maximum limit to reach the chosen break zone, and a flat-rate allowance of €215 per RnR.

Field travel: Bossangoa, Bouar, and Ngaoundaye.
