Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Assignment :
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Communications, your mission will be to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of Action Against Hunger’s corporate communications (communication aimed at building the image and protecting the organization) as well as the association’s brand communications.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be to:
Organize and coordinate all activities of the Brand and Campaigns Department;
Define the annual strategy and action plan for the Department, in line with the priorities of the Deputy Director;
Coordinate all corporate communications initiatives aimed at promoting the ACF brand;
Support institutional crisis communications.
You will manage a team of 3 people, including 2 direct reports (1 Brand and Campaigns Communications Officer and 1 Visual Communications Coordinator).

Profile:
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university or business school, or a degree in Political Science.
You have at least three years of experience as a Communications Officer and can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multichannel communication.
You have a proven track record of successfully managing teams.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Status: Integrated Manager, Class 5 – Permanent Contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: From €46K to €55K gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
