Founded in 1979, our association is an international non-governmental organization. Action Against Hunger fights hunger worldwide. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters.

Action Against Hunger has been working in Burkina Faso since 2008. Building on its experience in the country, several programs in its areas of intervention are implemented to meet the needs of the most vulnerable populations.
