Define, coordinate and monitor all activities related to psychosocial support and mental health (PSMH) of project staff, including the management of other staff support positions, needs analysis, development of a preventive strategy and ensuring the quality of care, in accordance with MSF protocols in order to provide the most appropriate PSMH support to staff.
