We are looking for someone with a technical role in HR Data Analytics to help ensure that decision-making and other operational and strategic actions related to Culture and People are carried out through the optimization, segmentation, and analysis of data associated with the professionals in the organization.
Location: Madrid
‼️Do you have at least 2 years of experience in similar positions?
‼️Experience in analyzing and identifying processes that require optimization, and making proposals for improvement in the area of people.

👩💻Interview with the People and Organizational Development (HR) contact person.
