HR Manager At Muzun for Humanitarian and Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and the development of a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate and enhance the employee onboarding experience.

2. Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters in compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for organizational improvement.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers on employee performance issues and career development.
  • Facilitate training and coaching programs.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR regulations.
  • Maintain records related to hires, terminations, leaves, and other HR metrics.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in developing and managing competitive compensation structures.
  • Administer employee benefits and wellness programs.

6. HR Strategy & Planning

  • Work with leadership to forecast future HR needs.
  • Participate in organizational planning and development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and report on trends and issues.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR generalist or management experience.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Excellent English skill both writing and speaking is a must along with the Arabic language

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on.
