The Human Resource Advisor will support PSS in modernizing its human resources systems and practices. The objective is to improve operational efficiency, transparency, compliance, and safeguarding measures through the implementation of digitized HR systems and the development of sustainable capacity within the HR team.

About You
You are a highly qualified Human Resource professional with a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, complemented by ICT expertise and preferably postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in HR or public administration. With over a decade of experience in corporate or public sector HR roles, you possess deep knowledge of HR systems, reform processes, and digital implementation.
Your background includes extensive advisory work, strong capacity building and mentoring skills, and a solid understanding of safeguarding practices in employment. You are adept at working in cross-cultural and remote environments, particularly within the Pacific region, and have demonstrated excellence in written communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
Familiarity with government HR structures in small island developing states and DFAT aid management systems further strengthens your profile.
