OBJECTIVE: To lead and execute the talent management strategy in the country, ensuring legal compliance, the application of institutional policies and comprehensive support to national and international staff.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the country leadership team to understand the program’s objectives on the ground and develop the Human Resources strategy, ensuring its alignment with the national strategy.
- Manage data administration in information systems and the payroll system, providing staff and managers with the necessary reports to support decision-making and management.
- Oversee the timely recording of personnel data, files, headcount and benefits, ensuring the use of trackers and monthly reviews.
- Manage the talent acquisition process for all national positions, ensuring compliance with policies in accordance with labor legislation and internal regulations.
- Actively participate in the design and drafting of proposals, as well as in launch meetings, specifically advising on organizational structure, scope of positions, and other essential inputs to ensure a solid HR foundation that supports the quality of the program.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Human Resources: Psychology, Industrial Relations, Personnel Administration or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources. 5 years of experience in a management position.
- Experience in non-governmental organizations (desirable)
- Leadership skills, communication, results orientation.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of data analysis is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (essential)
- Residence in Caracas, Venezuela (or availability to relocate on your own).
