The Overseas National Directorate of the French Red Cross (CRf) employs nearly 550 people spread across 6 territories (Antilles, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia and French Polynesia) in 40 establishments, centers and services.
In the field of training alone, the French Red Cross training sector, called Croix-Rouge Compétence, is deployed through 11 regional directorates which have 60 training sites spread across the whole of France (mainland and overseas).
Each year, more than 21,000 people are trained in 30 health and social professions (Nurses, etc.) through all access routes (initial training, work-study programs including apprenticeships, validation of acquired experience), nearly 110,000 trainees in professional training in the fields of health and social care and health and safety at work, and more than 1,500 people are supported in the prequalification process (discovery of a profession, refresher training, establishment of a professional project).
The actions of the establishments and services falling under the territorial management of the French Red Cross in Mayotte are defined in conjunction with the health and social actors and the public authorities of the territories concerned (Regional Health Agency, Departmental Council, Prefecture and associative partners) in order to best meet the needs of the population and to be consistent with the strategic orientations defined by the Mayotte 2030 recovery plan and by the associated public policies.

a Mission Manager for the creation of a nursing training institute M/F
whose role will be to pilot and lead the prefiguration and the Red Cross Competence Mayotte training institute
Attached to the territorial directorate of Mayotte, in support of the Red Cross Competence sectorThe positionYour mission will be to support the establishment of the new Red Cross Competence institute of Mayotte.
Proceeding step by step, based on a shared inventory, propose and budget the actions necessary for opening the Institute in Mayotte.
Continue institutional requests prior to the opening of the Institute (obtaining approval(s), preparing the deployment of the new nursing training framework, submitting grant applications for the opening, etc.).
Drive territorial partnership dynamics with a view to pooling educational resources (partnership with the Institute of Health Studies; IES of the Mayotte Hospital Center, relations with the ARS and the Mayotte Departmental Council, University to which the IFSI is attached, etc.)
Model a target HR, financial and real estate organization for the future institute and ensure its deployment for the start of the school year in September 2026 Monitor the work and install the training institute in its premises
Ensure the recruitment of teaching and administrative teams
Provide regular information on the progress of the project to French Red Cross / Red Cross Competence stakeholders and members of the institutional COPIL and guarantee the deployment of the project roadmap
