The Digital PMBox project aims to transform HI’s project management processes
through the implementation of a centralized digital platform connecting operational,
MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning ), finance, HR, and logistics
information systems. The initiative is designed to improve efficiency, strengthen data –
driven decision – making, enhance collaboration across departments, and automate
quality assurance and reporting processes.
