3.1 General objective of the consultancy mission The mission is to develop tools to promote the integration of SMSPS in projects and disseminate these tools (particularly in the field)
3.2 Specific objectives of the consultancy mission – Evaluate the experiences and needs of the field in relation to the integration of SMSPS activities during the design of health projects (in collaboration with the SMSPS referent) – Identify existing tools (internally and externally) and documents at the CRF and movement level – Improve the integration of the SMSPS component during the development and implementation of projects by developing operational sheets by theme – Promote the appropriation of the sheets developed by the field by developing awareness-raising materials-
5. Methodology of the consultancy mission
● Interviews with certain delegations and technical referents concerned to refine the needs and experiences and review of existing useful resources (internal and external) and documents related to the integration of SMSPS in the strategies ● Development of operational sheets with a clinical component and a community component for each of these identified themes (epidemics, undernutrition, infectious diseases (HIV and TB), maternal and child health, natural disasters, migration/population displacement) ● Define and develop awareness-raising materials to popularize the concepts and present the sheets
6. Expected results of the consultancy mission
– thematic sheets are available and their appropriation by field teams is facilitated by suitable awareness channels – the capacities of field teams are improved to integrate relevant SMSPS activities into projects according to identified needs
