Finn Church Aid (FCA) kindly invites qualified and experienced professionals to submit their proposals for the assignment “Facilitator for Strategic Session”, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference.

The purpose of this assignment is to engage an external facilitator to design, facilitate, and support the consolidation of outputs of a strategic session aimed at strengthening FCA’s strategic vision, internal alignment, and operational focus.
Proposal Submission
Interested candidates are invited to submit a proposal that includes the following components:
- 1**. Technical Proposal, containing:**
- a brief description of the understanding of the assignment and its objectives;
- a description of the proposed methodological approach and facilitation tools;
- a proposed agenda or overall structure of the strategic session;
- relevant professional experience, including examples of similar assignments;
- CV(s) of the proposed facilitator(s);
- at least two references;
- samples of strategies, tools, or methodologies developed in previous assignments (if available)
- Financial Proposal, containing:
- the total cost of services (as a lump sum or with a clear breakdown by phases);
- the currency and validity period of the financial proposal;
- any cost-related assumptions, if applicable.
- Registration and Administrative Documents:
- an extract from the Unified State Register confirming registration as an Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) or Legal Entity (LLC), including relevant economic activity codes;
- an extract or certificate from the tax authority confirming tax registration status;
- a bank reference confirming the existence of an active bank account (bank details).

The purpose of this assignment is to engage an external facilitator to design, conduct and support a process for summarizing the results of a strategy session aimed at strengthening the strategic vision, internal coherence and operational focus of the FCA.
Submitting proposals
Interested candidates are invited to submit a proposal, which should include the following components:
1. Technical proposal , including:
- a brief description of the understanding of the task and its objectives;
- description of the proposed methodological approach and facilitation tools;
- the proposed agenda or general structure of the strategy session;
- relevant professional experience, including examples of similar tasks;
- CV of the proposed facilitator(s);
- at least two recommendations;
- examples of strategies, tools or methodologies developed within previous assignments (if available)
2. Financial proposal , including:
- the total cost of services (in a single amount or with a clear breakdown by stages);
- currency and validity period of the financial offer;
- any cost assumptions, if applicable.
3. Registration and administrative documents :
- extract from the Unified State Register of registration of individual entrepreneurs / LLC indicating the relevant KVEDs;
- extract or certificate from the tax authority on the taxpayer’s registration;
- bank certificate on account opening (bank details)
