As part of updating its activities, CARE International is launching a call for tenders for the selection of a qualified consulting firm to carry out the final evaluation of the TALISOC project.
All eligible, qualified and technically competent design offices may submit their proposals in accordance with the descriptions indicated in this call for tenders.
The selected consulting firm will enter into a service contract with CARE. The bidder, whether based in Burkina Faso or not, must comply with all government regulations required to conduct business in Burkina Faso.

How to apply
All eligible, qualified and competent consulting firms may submit their applications in a sealed envelope to the CARE Administration located in Ouaga 2000 from July 31, 2026, with the mention “Recruitment of a firm or consulting office for the final evaluation of the TALISOC project financed by the Austrian Development Agency in the Bankui region; Ref dao: N°001/PROC/BF001/FY27” or by email to the following address:
