Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Studies and Development, your role will be to define, manage, and implement IT projects in their entirety to contribute to improving the capacity and effectiveness of programs and meeting the strategic objectives of ACF France. You will also contribute to optimizing information sharing and performance in humanitarian project management by leading projects on “ACF France’s overall information sharing needs assessment,” and provide support and expertise to Business and IT Managers on procedures, rules, and methods.
In this context, your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the Sector Expert for the business;
Organizing the definition of assigned IT projects;
Managing IT projects;
Ensuring the sustainability of IT solutions and knowledge sharing;
Consistently evolving the functional architecture of IT systems and the Organization’s repository within the framework of ongoing projects; and
Contributing to the functioning of the IT Department.

Profile:

You hold an engineering degree or a Master’s level university degree in management information systems (such as MIAGE or Information Systems).
You have at least 5 years of experience on major IT projects in an Agile environment.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager – 4-month fixed-term contract until 24/03/2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary:
From 46K to 55K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
