Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights world hunger. YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will be to ensure the logistics management of the base while respecting the procedures defined for the mission and the ACF rules to provide the best support to the programs.
More precisely :
– Support and guarantee the performance of the Logistics department of the base – Pilot the logistics activity of the base ( monitoring and analysis of indicators, dimensioning of logistical needs, support to program managers in assessing their needs ) ;
– Implement and guarantee the performance of the supply chain ( compliance with supply procedures, market knowledge, etc. ) ;
– Implement and guarantee the performance of general resources ( electrical safety for all buildings, followed by rehabilitation works for ACF buildings, computer and telecommunications network, maintenance of logistics equipment, etc. ) ;
– Management of the fleet of vehicles in the ( base procedures, maintenance, monitoring of indicators and consumption, supervision of movements, etc. ) ;
– Quality archiving and reporting on time for logistics activities.
– Train, supervise and support the Logistics, Finance and HR teams at the base
– Contribute to the management of the security of ACF teams and goods
YOUR PROFILE
From a higher education in Logistics, you justify a 2-year experience on a similar position or in a similar organization.
During your different experiences you have developed a competence in managing the security of a base.
In addition, you master the supply chain management methods but also the planning tools ( purchase, driver / guardian planning ).
Finally, you are recognized for your managerial skills, your rigor and your flexibility but also your communication and adaptation skills.
You are able to live and work in a volatile isolated context with strong security pressures.
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
– Fixed-term contract for use under French law: 12 months
– Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 EUR depending on the experience
– Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
– Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
– Per diem and monthly living expenses: 699EUR ( cf eurocost ) net, paid in the field
– Monthly context allocation: 450EUR
– Child allowance: EUR 1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin ( ceiling of EUR 6,000 / year )
– Transport and housing: Travel management and collective housing
– Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage of health contributions ( CFE + complementary health ) and repatriation insurance
– Wage maintenance devices ( sickness, maternity, paternity )
– Leave and RnR: 25 days a year of CP and 20 RnR per year; handling of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and EUR 215 of lump sum compensation by RnR
