Process incoming administrative and financial information
Responses to requests received in the national CFA messaging system and letters
Forwarding of emails to the persons concerned
Processing of messages from OCPOs / funders: PEC agreements, files with missing elements, etc.
Management of distribution lists, regional mailboxes, lists of regional interlocutors and access to the different drive directories according to the interlocutors
Ensure the follow-up of the administrative and financial data of the apprentices
Creation, maintenance and monitoring of dashboards by site and nationally
Monitoring of the state of the workforce: actual and forecast
Provide support to regional teams on administrative and financial aspects
Research to answer a question or to create a new information document
Publication of new regulatory elements on the Google site CFA The Guide
Participation in the updating of communication material (guides, etc.)
Monitoring of updates to Levels of Support (NPEC) France skills
Organize and co-facilitate meetings with CFA regional coordinators in conjunction with the national manager and the educational manager
Organization and facilitation of thematic support workshops according to needs
Participation in the implementation implementation of any device intended for apprentices (student card for trades for example)
Management of financial flows in conjunction with the steering and financial management department
Writing minutes of meetings in collaboration with the rest of the team
Organization of regional meetings in person or remotely
Organization of logistics for headquarters meetings at CAMPUS (list of participants, reservation: rooms, coffee and meals, 3 times max per year )
Ensure and maintain my interactions with partners (financiers, asp, financial management)
Registration on platforms (OPCO, Chorus Pro, etc.) and drafting of procedures to be distributed internally
Relay of issues between external institutions and local branches
Coordinate regional learning referents in conjunction with the educational manager
Participate in the implementation of aid for apprentices (help with permits, for example) and obtaining subsidies
Travel is to be expected throughout the national territory.
Bac +2/3 training, you have at least 2 years of experience in an Apprentice Training Center.
You show rigor, availability and are able to evolve within a complex environment. You are reactive and show adaptability.
Pragmatic, attentive, your interpersonal skills and your pedagogy will allow you to be quickly operational.
Knowledge of the voluntary sector would be a plus.
Remuneration according to the Collective Agreement of the French Red Cross between 35k€ and 40k€ (Resumption of seniority possible, end of year bonus included).
