Votre place dans l’organisation :

Vous intégrez l’équipe ICT Change d’Oxfam qui gère l’ensemble des projets digitaux de l’organisation. Votre travail se déploiera entre Bruxelles et Gand.

Vos responsabilités :

Vous coordonnez les projets digitaux ainsi que la maintenance des applications de l’organisation.

Vous organisez et supervisez l’activité, coachez et motivez les collaborateurs (4 ETP) de l’équipe ICT Change sur les différents sites (Gent, Bruxelles, …) .

• Vous dirigez, gérez, motivez et encadrez les membres de l’équipe ICT Change afin d’accomplir la mission et d’atteindre les objectifs définis ensemble avec le Directeur ICT.
• Vous élaborez avec les parties métiers les portées de projets digitaux à mettre en œuvres.
• Vous définissez avec les parties métiers l’implémentation des projets (Scope, Budget, Planning). Vous dirigez vous-même certains projets de votre équipe. Vous gérez le portefeuille des projets ICT.
• Vous assurez la continuité des applications Oxfam.
• Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable de l’équipe ICT Run (Service Desk)
• Vous traduisez la stratégie en plan opérationnel et objectifs pour ICT Change en collaboration étroite avec le directeur ICT.
• Vous participez à l’élaboration du budget annuel avec le Directeur ICT et vous en assurez la gestion au jour le jour en suivant le processus d’achat d’Oxfam Belgique.
• Vous fixez des objectifs opérationnels (ambitieux) pour vos propres domaines et veiller à leur réalisation et évaluation.
• Vous veillez à mettre en place un cadre d’amélioration continue.
• You lead a diverse team with high differentiation in job functions/content, including people and project management.
• You ensure the qualitative and timely execution of projects and sub-projects and other deliverables in the field while respecting budgetary constraints.
• You regularly provide quality reports on the performance of ICT systems and on the progress of ongoing projects to management.

Your profile:

• You have in-depth and current knowledge as well as proven experience of successful digital projects (ERP Fi, CO, Procure to pay, etc.) with MS Dynamics or others as well as experience in managing an ICT team.
• You have a PMI, Prince2 certification or are ready to obtain it at Oxfam;
• You preferably have a university degree in civil engineering or otherwise you have more than 5 years of relevant practical experience.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a team management role.
• You know how to inspire a team, coach and resolve conflicts. Your behavior makes you an example for others. You are a born leader.
• You like working in a team.
• You manage your time effectively, solve complex problems and make strategic decisions while taking into account risks.
• You develop strong relationships through your networking and negotiation skills.
• You guide teams through change, aligning actions with the company’s long-term vision.
• You ensure project management and the clear presentation of objectives and results, to guarantee the success of your missions.
• You have experience in managing external suppliers and contracts.
• You are fluent in one of the two national languages ​​(FR/NL) and have a working knowledge of the other as well as English (spoken and written).
