Education Coordinator ( Lebanese applicants only ) at

Your Opportunities and Responsibilities at Kiron :

• Lead the design and implementation of the education programs at Kiron Dedicated support to the DAFI scholarship students with regard to their academic needs.
• Communicating with third parties, such as the Lebanese University, international and local NGOs for student volunteering and training purposes, and for additional educational opportunities.
• Increasing student activity, course completion, and success by scaling up both the online and offline services and by trusting relationships with the student body with an emphasis on clear and open lines of communication.
• Building new partnerships with educational partners to ensure exit opportunities for our studentsOptimization of Kiron’s educational services by monitoring and evaluating our program as well as developing and testing new features according to student needs.
• Managing a team of 2-3 people, ensuring that they are on track with their deliverables.

Your Set of Skills:

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience ideally in working with refugees or disadvantaged communities.
• You gained work experience in setting up, managing, and scaling educational programs for underprivileged students, and/or you have ideally worked in a Scholarship program for refugees.
• You have strong communication skills and ideally, experience in reaching out to our target group and are fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken Fluency in French is a plus.
