​​Emergency Forces Administration (m/f/d) full-time

​​(Position limited to 2 years with the possibility of being taken over)​

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Belonging to the Disaster Response & Deployment team for humedica’s international (emergency and disaster) operations
  • Administration and support of the emergency services, especially during deployment preparation and follow-up, e.g. insurance, business trips, individual preparation of the emergency services
  • ​​Responsible administration and maintenance of the emergency services database and the alert website
  • Conception and implementation of volunteer communication, e.g. answering inquiries from interested parties, creating and sending newsletters
  • Participation in the recruitment, support and training of volunteer forces
  • ​Taking on tasks of process optimization and quality management for volunteer support and administration
  • Participation in the conception, planning and implementation of emergency force training and events
  • Supporting the reclassification to Emergency Medical Team type 1, e.g. when creating manuals and SOPs

YOUR SKILLS:

  • ​​Academic degree (at least a bachelor’s degree) in political and social sciences or similar (FH/University) or comparable degree/training in administration/communications with relevant professional experience
  • ​Experience in international cooperation/humanitarian aid/national or international disaster control/emergency services
  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Confident handling of all MS Office and common IT applications, databases, cloud-based data and knowledge management software
  • ​Ideally experience with ERP and learning management systems
  • ​Good analytical skills to view complex processes holistically
  • Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate
  • ​Organizational talent, flexibility and creativity
  • ​Very good German and business fluent spoken and written English
