• Overview:

PAC is an active NGO established in 2012, registered in Turkey, active in NWS, with other small operations offices in both Yemen and Sudan.

In NWS; PAC is a leading organization in both the health and Nutrition sectors through several central programs that work to improve the resilience of crisis-affected communities in NWS.

PAC’s programs always aimed to build and support the active health and nutrition systems in the target areas through maintaining a high level of integration across several sectors and leads central services to facilitate the provision of the service that other actors are running in NWS.

• Position: Field Logistic Officer

• REPORTS TO: Project Manager

• PLACE OF WORK: NW Syria

• LANGUAGE: Arabic

• Position Overview:

Follow up all logistical activities and procurement processes in the project and coordinate with the logistics department to implement all project activities on time

Main Responsibility and main support required:

• Follow-up and organization of procurement related to the project
• Ensuring purchases and materials selected for purchase
• Set up and follow up on quotations with the Procurement Department
• Communicate with suppliers and coordinate procurement processes
• Ensure that procurement procedures are fully documented and compliant with financial policies
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Principles of Humanitarian Action.

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in humanitarian work.
• University degree or intermediate institute
• Previous experience of at least two years in logistics and procurement management
• Experience in MS Office programs
• Ability to work under pressures
• Training courses in related fields.
