General context of the project
HR Admin si occupa di supportare tutto il ciclo di vita del lavoratore e la gestione dei contratti. Particolare focus si avrà sull’implementazione del sistema gestionale interno.
General purpose of the position
- Conoscenza delle Risorse Umane nell’ambito no profit;
- Conoscenza di un database di gestione del personale;
- Capacità di lavorare per scadenze e in Team all’interno di un ambiente internazionale.
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Supporto calendarizzazione visite mediche e corsi sicurezza:
- Supporto implementazione nuova procedura online per presenze staff:
- Supporto classificazione e archiviazione documenti per audit:
- Supporto archiviazione contratti.
Required profile and experience
Education
Laurea triennale in giurisprudenza/economia.
Professional Experience
Preferibile minima esperienza.
Professional Requirements
Precisione, organizzazione.
Languages
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese;
- preferibile buona conoscenza francese.
Personal Requirements
Interesse per il mondo No Profit.
