HR Data Architect At Médecins Sans Frontières en Suisse

Context & Mission

Médecins Sans Frontières is an independent, international medical and humanitarian organization that provides care to people in need, people affected by natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and without regard to race, religion, creed or political affiliation (MSF Charter).

The MSF movement is built around 5 operational centers supported by 24 sections and offices worldwide. MSF Operational Center Geneva (MSF OCG) is one of these centers.

MSF OCG employs approximately 450 HQ staff located primarily in Geneva with teams in Zurich, Dakar and Amman and another 6,000 internationally mobile staff located in 30 countries worldwide working across 110 of our humanitarian projects.

MSF, including OCG, has grown significantly over the last 10 years and until now the HR department has managed that expansion with ad-hoc tools and methods.

To better support the ongoing demands and better serve our global workforce, OCG has launched a transformative HR initiative with one critical pillar being the introduction of an HR Information System (HRIS).

Joining a dynamic team of HR professionals, the HR Data Architect will drive the overall data structure and flow. In parallel, the position will oversee the integration between the HRIS component and peripheral systems. The HR Data Architect will manage a team of two Data and Integration specialists.

At MSF you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the world. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with passionate colleagues, and contribute to positive change on a global scale.
