Human Resources Assistant At HIAS

Mission of the position:

Support the Human Resources area in its various processes and initiatives, with the aim of ensuring successful management of the area, quality procedures, and as a final purpose, the well-being of collaborators.

Main Features

  • Record the personnel information in the corresponding files of the HR area that are requested, for example, filling out of personnel master, contract teacher, in a correct and timely manner, tables and reports that feed the indicators of the area, etc.
  • Prepare sketches of staff documents such as contracts, letters, certificates, all under the defined models and with review by the mandatory superior ).
  • Support the recruitment and selection process of personnel through: curricular filter for level 1 to 5 processes, telephone calls for filtering candidates or interview citations, job references, and related tasks.
  • Receipt, verification and filing of personnel documents at the time of contracting.
  • Preparation of photochecks or cover letters as needed.
  • Review and monitoring of attendance control and the Replicon system, with the aim of ensuring that 100% of collaborators comply with the actions.
  • Enroll staff with EPS and other insurance offered by the organization.
  • Track insurance policies: EPS, EsSalud, SCTR, Vida Ley, FOLA, Personal accident insurance, among others.
  • Support the entry process of new personnel, through coordination with the area of operations for the delivery of the equipment and supplies necessary for collaborators, citations for induction and operational tasks specific to the process.
  • Receive and review medical breaks for the correct recovery of subsidies, as well as keep track of these in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Provide support to the Security Coordinator for compliance with current SST protocols and legislation.
  • Execution of activities and initiatives for staff, such as mother’s, father’s day, Christmas, etc. and coordination with the providers required in the activities, if any.
  • Provide support in relation to the elaboration of voluntary agreements at the national level.
  • Keep track of signed ballots from all staff.
  • Other functions inherent to the position and requested by its immediate manager.

CARGO REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION

  • Graduated and Collegiate in Social Work.
  • Bachelor of Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related.

LABOR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in the area of Human Resources performing similar functions.
  • Desirable in NGOs with more than 200 collaborators.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Basic knowledge in labor law
  • Knowledge and experience in operational functions of HR
  • Intermediate office management ( Word, Essential Excel )
