CONTEXT :

Within our Institutional Financing Department (DFI), you work within a team made up of 10 people in Lyon and around thirty other employees in our national associations. The DFI defines the fundraising strategy from major public institutions (EU, United Nations, Ministries and cooperation agencies) to finance operations. She also supports HI programs in managing donor relationships and financing contracts.
As part of the deployment of a CRM tool for managing the donor relationship and the institutional financing cycle, we are looking for a Deployment Manager to ensure the implementation of the solution on the entrusted geographical scope and support new users in getting to grips with the tool.

DESCRIPTION :

To achieve this objective:
1. You implement the deployment plan for the tool over the entrusted geographical scope:
– Ensure the implementation of the prerequisites for deployment)
– Lead the training of new users and present the training and training systems support available.
– Monitor the use of the CRM by users.
– Contribute to improving the overall framework for user skill development 2. You handle support requests from new users:
– Provide effective support adapted to the IT skills of each user.
– Analyze the evolution of assistance requests and propose solutions to make it easier to use the tool.

3. You organize the transition to day-to-day management
– ​​Monitor the quality of the information entered into the tool and propose solutions to reduce errors or omissions.
– Report to the CRM Referent the needs for improvement or optimization of the tool as well as good practices and difficulties encountered.
– Finalize the deployment by organizing a closing meeting.
– Participate in the capitalization of the deployment methodology.

ACCESSIBILITY:

The position is located in Open Space, boxes are available for more calm if necessary and the work space is very bright. The post is easily accessible by public transport thanks to its proximity to several bus and metro lines. Parking is available. Concerning the building, elevators and access ramps are put in place.

PROFILE :

You have two years of experience in software publishing or in a position requiring the use of regular technological tools or you are familiar with the management of the lessor relationship and the financing contract cycle and you have already used solutions ( software, Excel tables or other) for the analysis of funding from institutional donors. A first experience in training facilitation is a plus.
Autonomous, you also know how to demonstrate initiative and rigor.
Assertive, you are recognized as having good interpersonal skills, clear and precise communication
You are proficient in English, both spoken and written,
You are inclined to work on trello

TERMS :

Type of contract CDD June to November 2024
Restaurant Title Card,
Employer Mutual,
39 hours per week with 22.5 days of RTT to be taken annually, to be prorated depending on the length of the contract.
