Team Manager At InterEuropean Human Aid Association

InterEuropean Human Aid Association is looking to recruit a full-time Team Manager to start in May 2024. As a grassroots organisation, IHA’s work is built on the commitment and dedication of volunteers: on-site volunteers (local and international) who work directly in our two projects in Northern Greece, as well as our wider volunteer community across Europe, who support IHA’s work by raising awareness, organising events, or holding fundraising campaigns. The Team Manager is the link between the organisation and our volunteers: being responsible for the recruitment, supervision, training, and shift scheduling of on-site volunteers, as well as for managing and engaging our wider volunteer community and supporters through digital communication channels. • Communications and online volunteer community management:
    • Volunteer ambassador liaison: engaging and supporting volunteers to contribute to the cause of the organisation beyond their stay in Greece
