Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of Legal Department, you will provide legal expertise to both the association’s management and all ACF France employees, in order to best ensure the compliance of the organization’s activities with current regulations and the association’s values. You will secure ACF’s practices and monitor legal and ethical risks associated with cross-functional projects, strategic decisions made by the General Management, and the Association’s governance.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Supervise and support the development of ACF’s legal practices aimed at compliance with the relevant regulatory environment and ensuring the protection of ACF’s strategic interests
Support the management of legal risks for ACF’s strategic and/or operational projects
Represent ACF in the direct management of files with a high legal, contractual, or regulatory impact
Contribute to the dissemination of a risk culture within the structure and ensure the strengthening of legal or contractual risk management

Profile :

You hold a Master 2 in general private law, contract law, private business law, association law, or law of social and solidarity economy organizations, DJCE.
You have at least 8 years of experience as a general lawyer in a company, non-profit organization, or social and solidarity economy organization, preferably in an international context.
You have proven experience in negotiating and drafting contracts (national and international), as well as in monitoring disputes and litigation.
You have a good understanding of taxation (corporate and/or non-profit).
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days per year of paid leave and 21 days of RTT
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Salary maintenance schemes (illness, maternity, paternity)
Transport allowances: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
Meal voucher allowances (Up lunch card):
60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros

No mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
Collective face-to-face time imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
