– RECRUITMENT OF NATIONAL EXPERTS – Following the request for technical assistance sent by Chad to the RTIA in January 2025, two experts from the Facility went to N’Djamena in April 2025 to co-develop the Country Action Plan (PAP) with representatives of the various departments of the Ministry of National Education and Civic Promotion (MENPC).
