Introduction Global Affairs Canada (GAC) has approved “Building Leadership, Opportunities and Options for Marginalized Women and Girls in East Africa (BLOOM AFRICA)”, a proposal submitted to them by World Vision Canada and WV Rwanda, WV Somali and Tanzania in 2024.
