Mission :

You will provide support to the logistics and program teams implementing Action Against Hunger (ACF) projects, operating from various ACF bases in Chad.
Your responsibilities will include:
providing support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the supply chain according to ACF standards;
participating in the management of logistics projects;
building team capacity and delivering training;
assisting bases with inventory and asset management;
and participating in the implementation of internal and external audit recommendations.

Profile :

You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Logistics Management for Activities and Programs, along with significant experience in procurement, particularly in managing tenders and purchasing procedures.
You have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an NGO and in an emergency humanitarian context. Ideally, you have prior experience with Action Against Hunger.
You also possess proven experience in supporting logistical and operational bases, as well as a strong ability to intervene effectively in the field, including in complex environments.
You are fluent in English at a professional level.

Employment conditions

Fixed-term contract under French law: 3.5 months until July 14, 2026.
Gross monthly salary: €2,130 to €2,475 depending on experience, including a 13th-month bonus.
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary.
Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract.
Monthly per diem and living expenses: €838 net, paid on-site.
Monthly context allowance: €450.
Child allowance: €1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin (capped at €6,000/year).
Transportation and accommodation: Travel and shared accommodation provided.
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health insurance contributions and repatriation insurance, and your medical expenses for up to one month after the end of your contract.
Salary maintenance schemes (illness, maternity, paternity).
Leave and RnR: 25 days of paid leave per year and 20 RnR days per year; travel expenses covered up to a certain limit to reach the chosen break zone, and a flat-rate allowance of €215 per RnR.
Support and training: Career development monitoring and support;
unlimited and free access to the Talentsoft e-learning platform;
field trips: Mao, Baga Sola, Adré, Goz Beida, Bongor, and Pala.
