Context
Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) is an international nonprofit organization. We protect civilians in violent conflict through non-armed strategies. We build peace alongside local communities. We advocate for the wider adoption of these approaches to preserve life and human dignity.
Objective
In order to comply with legal regulations in the DRC, NP RDC is looking for a tax lawyer, who will work on its existing job classification. This classification will be based on the comparative study of job descriptions validated at NP DRC.
Expected deliverables
- Analysis and restructuring of existing jobs in a comparative manner.
- Realignment of each position according to its grade and level, detailing the limits of responsibilities from one position to another.
Proposal of new job descriptions when necessary.
Implementation of a reference tool for classifying NP RDC jobs.
Qualifications and experience required
- University Degree in Law and/or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of salary studies and support in the review of salary scales and job classifications.
