As part of the implementation of its activities, the NGO Helen Keller International is launching this call for tenders for the recruitment of a firm to implement a post-campaign coverage survey for vitamin A supplementation called “PECS” for the first pass (P1) of the vitamin A supplementation campaign of the year 2027.
This “Request For Proposals” is addressed to companies duly registered in the trade register and in good standing with the public administration of Burkina Faso.

How to apply
Bids must be submitted electronically on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped by an authorized person, scanned and sent as an attachment to VAS-Procurement@hki.org.
The deadline for requests for clarification is set for Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
The deadline for submitting bids is set for Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
