📝 Job description
The governance and public policy experts will contribute to conducting sectoral studies, institutional diagnoses, public policy analysis, and the formulation of technical recommendations , in close collaboration with public entities, civil society organizations, and international cooperation partners. Their work will guide evidence-based decisions, promote sustainable reforms, and strengthen the link between policies and the real needs of the population.

🛠 Responsibilities
- Design and apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
- Prepare sectoral diagnoses and technical reports based on empirical evidence;
- Coordinate interviews with key stakeholders from the public sector, NGOs and communities;
- Draft concept notes, public policy reports and strategic action plans;
- Facilitate participatory workshops, validation processes and restitution activities;
- Ensure compliance with ethical, safeguarding, and methodological standards at all stages of the work.
✅ Requirements
- University degree in Public Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies or related disciplines (Master’s degree will be considered an advantage);
- Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in public policies, institutional development, program evaluation or social project management;
- Solid knowledge of the institutional and regulatory context of Equatorial Guinea;
- Excellent writing skills in Spanish and verbal communication skills;
- Additional knowledge of Portuguese and/or French will be a competitive advantage;
- Availability to conduct field missions within the country, including rural areas and island regions.
