Mission :
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Finance for Operations, your role will be to support the accounting close of the Pools according to the closing schedule.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Updating receivables tracking and facilitating information exchange, as needed during support sessions, across the 4 regions: Performing monthly validation according to the checklist;
Importing SAGA accounting data into Agresso;
Reconciling accounting entries between SAGA, Agresso, and Financial Reports;
Managing contract invoicing in Agresso;
Controlling and entering administrative expenses (overheads) in Agresso;
Performing revaluations of class 4 and 5 accounts and reversals;
Preparing the fixed asset schedule
; Correcting imports or invoices
; Reconciling balance sheet accounts (classes 4 and 5);
Supporting the Regional Management team with international accounting; Participating in process and methodology improvement
; Analyzing data as needed by the Finance Department;
Updating/creating operating procedures;
Depending on the workload for this task, providing support on ongoing cases for the Regional Management team.
Profile :
You hold a degree in finance and have at least two years of experience in this field, including experience working in a Country Office for an international NGO.
You have a very good understanding of accrual accounting.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in written and spoken English.

Status: Integrated Manager, Class 7 – 6-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: From €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
