Mission :
Under the supervision of the Regional HR Service Manager, your role will be to provide support to HR in the 21 countries of operation to ensure the smooth running of the payroll process (Homère software) and remuneration reviews, as well as support for the management and monitoring of national Human Resources.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the deployment and review of payroll and compensation processes in collaboration with the Regional HR team and the HRIS Functional Coordinators; Assisting HR Managers in formalizing their HRIS configuration requests; Supporting
Country Office HR teams in formalizing and monitoring their payroll processes;
Participating in providing technical support for administrative tools to users in the countries of operation, in conjunction with the HRIS team;
Providing support for the management and monitoring of national Human Resources; Assisting in the creation, updating, and dissemination of national personnel administration frameworks;
Assisting in updating personnel administration tools
; Supporting the follow-up of headquarters audits;
Ensuring internal control over payroll, personnel administration, and the implementation of compensation policies;
and Assisting in defining HR indicators.
Profile :
You hold a higher education degree in Human Resources (HR) and/or payroll, and you have solid HR experience within an international NGO (headquarters or field).
Independent and proactive, you have a good understanding of payroll regulations, social security contributions, and methods for calculating social security and tax contributions. You have an aptitude for numbers, advanced Excel functions, and can leverage your knowledge of payroll configuration.
You are known for your ability to identify and analyze HR issues and to provide your stakeholders with recommendations, alerts, and/or solutions.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to adapt to national and international issues within the humanitarian sector. You are also capable of leading training sessions.
Experience using Homère software and knowledge of NIBELIS software (payroll software) are significant assets.
You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
ACF experience is an asset.
Employment Conditions
Status: Integrated Manager – 12-month Fixed-Term Contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €41,000 to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (

A mandatory presence at headquarters of 1 day per month has been defined for this position. Mandatory
group on-site attendance is also required by the employer for meetings and events. Group meetings (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence upon your integration into the team.
