Prescription Scanner At International Rescue Committee

Main responsibilities:

1. Prescription Scanning: Efficiently scan old prescriptions stored in the Pharma warehouse using the available equipment,

2. Data Entry: Accurately enter scanned prescription data into the dedicated database or Electronic Health Record (EHR) system,

3. Quality Control: Ensure that all scanned images are clear, legible, and accurately reflect the original prescriptions.

4. Organization: Systematically organizing and classifying scanned prescriptions for easy retrieval and reference.

5. Handling the equipment: Properly handle the surveying equipment and report any technical problems immediately.

6. Compliance: Adherence to all relevant policies and guidelines, including data protection and patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

1. Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in scanning and data entry tasks,

2. Technical skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment,

3. Organizational skills: The ability to efficiently organize and manage large quantities of documents,

4. Reliability: It can be depended upon and is able to commit to the full duration of the project.

5. Communication: Good communication skills to coordinate with the team and report any problems.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience in data entry, document scanning, or related tasks is an advantage.

2. Language skills: English and Arabic

Working conditions:

1. Environment: The work will be carried out in a warehouse environment with appropriate safety measures.

2. Working hours: from 8:00 to 16:30
