Founded in 1983 and based in Vénissieux and Dakar, the Bioforce Institute is an international organization that provides
training, support, and organizational development solutions to enable access to effective and high-quality aid for vulnerable populations.
CONTEXT.
In the context of restructuring and strengthening the Africa Hub, you will lead development activities
by contributing to the implementation of Bioforce’s strategy. Your mission will be to
identify new partnership and funding opportunities, develop activities, coordinate
projects, and enhance Bioforce’s visibility among humanitarian and development actors.
YOUR MISSIONS.
Strategic Development: You will contribute to defining the Africa Hub’s project strategy,
identify sector needs, and develop opportunities in line with
Bioforce’s strategic directions.
Partnership Development and Management: You will develop and manage relationships with
partners, donors, and professional networks to strengthen collaborations and support the
development of activities.
Project Management and Fundraising: You will lead the design, planning, and
implementation of projects, coordinate teams, and contribute to securing the
necessary funding.
Management: You will supervise, lead, and support the Development team to strengthen
skills, facilitate collaboration, and ensure objectives are met.
Business Development: You will contribute to the development of new training programs
and capacity-building solutions to meet the needs of
humanitarian organizations and development actors in Africa.
YOUR PROFILE.
You hold a higher education degree in project management, international cooperation,
development, management, or a related field;
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in international solidarity, including
initial experience in team management;
You are familiar with the challenges of the humanitarian sector, development actors, and
donor funding mechanisms;
You have experience in project development, writing technical and financial proposals
, and monitoring funding;
You enjoy building partnerships and developing collaborations with institutional, technical, academic, and private stakeholders
;
You appreciate multicultural environments and international projects where
cooperation and innovation are central;
You are fluent in French and have a good level of professional English.

CONDITIONS:
12-month fixed-term contract, renewable – full-time (40 hours/week).
Partial remote work possible.

Salary based on experience and CCN 1516 pay scale.
