Therefore, the organization adopts an integrated methodology that combines rapid response with long-term programs in education, livelihoods, and early recovery, aiming to empower communities toward a more stable future.

Job Purpose:

Field Project Manager is responsible for all communication and daily project activities, managing, planning, implementing, and following up the project activities (main regular maintenance, vocational training, small and medium business management training, and grants) in coordination with the Projects manager– HQ, the project field team, support departments, and the main office in Gaziantep, in a way that ensures the achievement of the general project objectives and the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and organize a fieldwork plan for the project in coordination with the head office and direct supervisor.
  • Work daily with the project manager to develop project mechanisms and follow up on activities.
  • Responsible for field coordination and communication operations.
  • Directly responsible for implementing and monitoring the fieldwork plan and coordinating the field team’s work to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise the proper documentation of all required papers in coordination with the direct supervisor and all field team members.
  • Work directly with local authorities, field teams, and stakeholders to support project activities.
  • Monitor the implementation process of project activities, ensuring they are carried out according to the set timeline and work plan, and oversee work quality.
  • Provide support and assistance to problem-solving committees and follow up on their activities.
  • Submit field reports on work progress.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments, such as finance, media, logistics, and catering departments.
  • Perform and carry out any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and comply with administrative orders and disciplinary procedures in the event of any violations.
  • Commit to the zero-tolerance policy adopted by Point Organization regarding sexual exploitation and abuse, and report directly in case of any violations in this regard.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • A university degree, preferably in education or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating humanitarian projects, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in projects related to youth and adolescents.
  • Experience in project management and the Project Cycle Management (PCM) framework.
  • Experience in managing and implementing community initiatives, vocational training, and life skills training.
  • Good proficiency in English.
  • Good experience in report writing (especially in English).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong administrative skills in communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.
