📢 The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the activities of the humanitarian project in Haiti, ensuring that the objectives set are achieved in compliance with deadlines, budget, quality standards as well as the policies of the donor and the organization.

🎯Objective of the position:
- Ensure the effective implementation of the project in coordination with field teams, local partners and stakeholders, guaranteeing compliance with the logical framework, budget, schedule and defined objectives.
- Oversee the financial, administrative and logistical management of the project, including budget monitoring, procurement procedures and reporting in accordance with the requirements of the donor and the organization.
- To supervise, train and support the project team, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and safety rules, while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Supervise the implementation of activities on the ground, ensuring the technical, operational and financial monitoring of the project.
- Ensure coordination with local authorities, institutional and community partners, as well as with the project team, in compliance with humanitarian principles, PSEA standards and child protection standards.
- Monitor and evaluate activities, analyze performance indicators and propose necessary adjustments to optimize the project’s impact.
- Coordinate the interventions of consultants and experts mobilized within the framework of the project.
- Contribute to the drafting of narrative and financial reports for donors, as well as to the capitalization of lessons learned.
- Support project communication in conjunction with dedicated teams, ensuring consistency of messages and compliance with visibility rules.
- Contribute to the development and drafting of new project proposals, in support of the coordination team.
📑 Main reservoirs and responsibilities:
- Higher university level of education;
- At least 3 years of experience in Development Cooperation or Humanitarian Aid;
- Training and/or professional experience in the fields of food security and cash transfers, protection and/or nutrition;
- Experience in emergency and/or crisis situations;
- High adaptability, strict adherence to safety standards and ability to work under stressful conditions, safety limitations and volatile contexts.
📑Required skills and experience:
- Prior experience with humanitarian donors
- Prior experience in Haiti
- Experience in similar humanitarian contexts, demonstrating a high capacity for adaptation
