Define and implement a coherent and effective humanitarian affairs and advocacy strategy for MSF in the region (DRC, CAR, Chad) with humanitarian actors (including NGOs, the United Nations system, civil society actors, academia as well as relevant state and non-state actors), in accordance with MSF protocols, standards and procedures, in order to support operations, share MSF’s principles, vision and analyses on humanitarian situations and cross-cutting issues.
