Mission :
Under the supervision of the Program Manager – Humanitarian Worker Protection Mechanism, and the functional management of the SERA Service Manager, your mission will be to design, coordinate, implement, and strengthen the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning framework of the Humanitarian Worker Protection Mechanism, led by Action Against Hunger and its partners.
This role is central to measuring the impact of protection activities implemented in support of humanitarian workers and their families, and to ensuring continuous improvement of the mechanism.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Provide technical oversight of the program’s MEAL system;
Monitor the project in conjunction with partners;
Analyze and disseminate results;
Strengthen learning and knowledge sharing

Profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in international law, social sciences, international relations, or a related field.
You have proven professional experience (3 years) in the field of MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), ideally in a humanitarian context. Experience working in consortia and with partners will be an asset.
You have knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative data management techniques, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
You are able to structure monitoring systems, produce summary documents, communicate results effectively, and work collaboratively and in a network.
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you possess excellent writing skills in both French and English.
Employment conditions
Application deadline: December 12th.
Status: Integrated Manager – 6-month fixed-term contract until June 30, 2026 – Part-time (24 hours/week).
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Salary: €41,000 to €48,000 gross per year over 13 months, depending on experience.
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time)
