Oxfam is launching a request for proposal process for:
TITLE: Consultancy to carry out a project formulation for the CERV 2025 Call for proposals to promote civil society organizations’ awareness of, capacity building and implementation of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (CERV-2025-CHAR-LITI)
OXFAM PROGRAM: Indicate the type of Oxfam program if applicable
OBJECTIVE: Internal coordination for the drafting of the project and completion of the form in compliance with EU requirements
DURATION: Estimated July to September 2025
PLACE: Home-based
DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING OFFERS : 04/07/2025 at 6:00 p.m.
AWARD CRITERIA : The evaluation of the offers will be based on the criterion of the best quality-price ratio, which meets or exceeds the level of technical quality (the evaluation methodology and the consultant’s CV) and the price of the offer.
The evaluation of the technical proposal will be based on the following criteria. The technical proposal that best meets the requirements will receive the highest number of points.
1) Understanding the terms of reference
2) Realistic time planning based on requirements
