The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, working in over 40 countries to provide rights-based assistance to refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced persons, returnees, and migrants. Since 2019, DRC has implemented a humanitarian program responding to the emergencies of Venezuelan mixed migrants and victims of the internal conflict in Colombia. Within the framework of its humanitarian assistance, DRC seeks proposals from a consulting service provider to strengthen the disaster preparedness and risk reduction component of DRC’s program activities in Colombia.
Therefore, DRC requests that you submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex COL_Annex G_TDR_COL_RFP_ BOG1_ Disaster Preparedness and Risk Reduction_20251006.
Your proposal must be developed in Spanish and must be valid for a minimum period of sixty (60) days.
