Service Description:
The International Federation requires the services of one (1) facilitator specializing in conscious movement for the city of Tumbes. This facilitator will lead in-person group sessions aimed at promoting emotional well-being, self-regulation, and community cohesion through guided movement practices.
The sessions must be conducted in accordance with the methodological guidelines defined by IFRC and
adapted to the local community context.

The International Federation will request the sessions through an appropriate channel agreed between the facilitator and the
Federation, and requests may be made with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, informing the following at the time of
the request:

• Session date
• Venue
• Scheduled time
• Participant group profile
• Estimated capacity
• Relevant logistical or security considerations

Service Coordination
– 1. The facilitator will confirm availability for the scheduled session.
2. Prior to the activity, the facilitator will inform participants about space requirements, materials, and any necessary methodological adaptations based on their group.
3. The basic methodology will be provided by IFRC; however, the facilitator is expected to
enrich, contextualize, and technically adjust it, while maintaining the objectives of
emotional well-being and community cohesion.
4. At the end of each session, the facilitator must record the following information:
• Date and time of the session
• Location
• Number of participants
• Session duration
• Operational observations (what worked, necessary adjustments, any incidents)
• Recommendations for future sessions

Service characteristics.-

• Format: In-person group sessions • Session duration: between 2 and 2.5 hours
• Expected day: Saturdays (time to be determined based on coordination with IFRC and community availability)
• On-demand service, according to project schedule

The sessions must have conscious movement as their core element, and may incorporate complementary elements according to the methodology and needs of the group, such as:
• Somatic practices
• Yoga or mindful movement
• Breathing and body regulation exercises
• Body-emotional connection exercises
• Gentle body expression exercises

The activities should be developed with a psychoeducational approach from the body, prioritizing well-being, safety and voluntary participation.

Expected Facilitator Characteristics:
• Verifiable experience facilitating mindful movement with groups (somatic practices,
yoga, dance, somatic education, mindful movement, or other similar approaches).
• Ability to guide safe, inclusive sessions adapted to different ages,
physical conditions, and energy levels.
• Ability to maintain a caring approach, promoting consent, voluntary participation, intensity options, and breaks.
• Experience working in the community or with vulnerable populations (desirable).
• Training or certification related to the field (desirable, not mandatory).
Provider/Facilitator Requirements
: • Previous experience facilitating wellness activities, community mental health, or
psychosocial work.
• Availability to travel within the city of Tumbes according to the project schedule.
• Ability to work in coordination with humanitarian teams and respect IFRC’s safety and security protocols.

Service Coverage:
Sessions will be held in various community spaces within the city of Tumbes, as determined
by IFRC according to the project schedule.
Specific locations will be announced in advance for each session.

Duration of service.-
The service will be provided from the start of the contract until March 31, 2026.
During this period, two (02) face-to-face sessions are planned, scheduled according to coordination with the IFRC team and community availability.

Quotation.-
The provider must provide a detailed quotation considering the following:
• Cost per session.
• Cost per additional hour, in case of session extension or adjustments required for field operations.
The quotation must include all costs associated with providing the service.

Delivery Terms:

Please send your quote to Gianfranco.munoz@ifrc.org no later than Wednesday,
March 11, 2026 at 10:00 am Peru time. Please include all services to be
performed in your quote.

Damage Settlement Clause:
Please be advised that any delivery made after the date agreed between the buyer and the supplier, as stipulated in the Purchase Order, will be subject to a penalty of 5% per calendar day
calculated on the total value of the contract.

Delivery time:

Delivery of the requested products will take place between May
and July, with the option to renew depending on demand and on-site needs.
Other relevant information:
– No alternatives to the requested specifications will be considered.
– We reserve the right to accept all or part of your offer, and the
lowest-priced offer will not necessarily be accepted.
– If awarded the contract, you will be required to return the signed Service Order as acceptance
of the terms and conditions.
– Unless otherwise stated, the Buyer’s Terms and the
attached General Conditions will apply. (Annex I)
– The requested services will be provided at the Federation’s request.
In the event of default by the seller, including, but not limited to, failure or refusal to
make deliveries within the specified timeframes, the Buyer may acquire the goods or services
from other sources and hold the seller liable for any additional costs incurred
. Furthermore, the Buyer may, by written notice, terminate the seller’s right to proceed with deliveries, or any part thereof, to the extent that there has been a defect.

CODE OF CONDUCT
CLAUSE Principles of Conduct Clause: The supplier wishing to work with the Federation shall respect the following information:
Basic Ethics: The supplier is expected to maintain the highest degree of business ethics when
working with the Federation.
Transparency in Providing Information: The supplier shall not engage in any fraudulent activity, misrepresent information or facts for the purpose of influencing the selection and award of the contract process in its favor.
Fair Competition: The supplier shall not be involved in any corrupt, collusive, or
coercive practices.
No Officials to Benefit: The supplier represents and warrants that no official of
the Federation has been or will be admitted by the supplier to any direct or indirect benefit arising
from this Request for Quotation, Purchase Order/Contract, or the award thereof. The supplier
agrees that failure to comply with this provision is a breach of an essential term of this
purchase order/contract.

If at any point during the registration or procurement process, the Federation determines that the
supplier violates the aforementioned principles, the registration application or offer may be rejected as ineligible. All costs related to contract cancellation shall be
borne by the supplier.
