JOB OBJECTIVES:
Reporting to the Head of External Audits, you will support the programs within your scope in conducting and managing audits, developing the autonomy and skills of field teams. You will ensure the quality and compliance of these audits. As a key player in ensuring accountability to donors, you will lead the Audit professional network.
To achieve this goal, you:
Mission 1: Capacity building and skills strengthening in auditing
· You will act as an expert in supporting field audit teams, by leading training sessions and workshops to strengthen their capabilities.
• You support change management within programs and headquarters.
Mission 2: Strategy & Management
· You contribute to developing the audit strategy, assisting with risk mapping, monitoring action plans, and analyzing key indicators.
You provide recommendations to improve performance and regularly communicate results to the team.
Mission 3: Compliance monitoring and program optimization (audit control tower)
· You monitor performance indicators, analyze recurring risks, and propose improvements to ensure compliance and effectiveness of audits in your portfolio.
Mission 4: Definition and operational implementation of standards and accountability
· You participate in defining and implementing audit standards, deploying projects, monitoring their progress, and advising teams to respond to recommendations.
· You conduct audits and also provide support during absences to ensure business continuity.
Profile
- With significant field experience, you are familiar with and know how to apply landlord rules/audits
- Your experience in managing humanitarian projects allows you to represent HI to the auditors.
- Experience in business facilitation and change management is a plus
- Organized and agile, you also possess good communication skills.
- You have a knack for manipulating data and numbers, Excel, Power BI
- You are fluent in English
WORKPLACE ACCESSIBILITY:
The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). Car park and bicycle parking are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators ensure smooth circulation. All workstations are located in an open-plan area, but quiet booths are available on each floor for those who wish to work in peace and quiet. The workspace is very bright.
