Team Leader – Southern Aleppo Countryside At IYD International Humanitarian Relief Association

Job Purpose

The team leader is responsible for leading the field team and communicating directly with the project Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the project team and assign daily tasks.
  2. Communicate daily with the project officer to provide daily updates on the project’s progress.
  3. Reporting to the project officer regarding the activities, challenges, and risks***.***
  4. Solving issues within the sales point with retailers and BNFs.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

  1. Essential:
    • A university graduate
    • Two to four years of progressive professional ERL experience.
  2. Desirable:
    • Advanced level in English.
