Mission :

Your role will be to define and implement the “Field Support Team” project, as well as contribute to the specific “CAST” project (Cluster Advocacy and Support Team), Cluster Global WASH.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Defining and coordinating the “Field Support Team” project
; organizing the project definition; managing or supporting the implementation
; leading the project and overseeing its strategic and operational aspects; and
supporting development. You will also support
and contribute to the implementation of specific CAST projects.

Profile :

You have approximately 10 years of experience as a technician in the humanitarian sector and in the WASH (Water, Hygiene, Sanitation) context.
You have significant experience in the humanitarian sector in cluster coordination roles as well as in emergency WASH roles with NGOs and the United Nations.
You are proficient in managing multi-donor humanitarian projects (project cycle, proposals, narrative and financial reporting, logframes) and consortia.
You are familiar with the humanitarian coordination system and clusters (United Nations, Global WASH Cluster, UNICEF/CAST mechanisms, SBP network).
Experience in the administrative management of international deployments (contracting, visas, security clearances, insurance) as well as in human resources management and recruitment (profile selection, drafting of terms of reference, contracting of consultants) would be an asset.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.

Employment conditions:

Status: Integrated Manager – Fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €46,000 to €57,000 gross per year (13 months) depending on experience.
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters.

Remote work:
Remote work is open to all employees within metropolitan France.
For this position, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 10 days per year has been defined.
Mandatory group on-site presence is also required by the employer: for meetings and team events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence upon joining the team.
